American Airlines has direct flights to Asuncion from New York. There are no direct flights from Europe, but many airlines operate connecting flights via Brazil and other countries in South America. Ferry and boat services connect Paraguay from neighboring Argentina, Bolivia and Brazil. Regular bus services are also available from Brazil, Argentina, Santa Fé (New Mexico, USA) and Montevideo (Uruguay).
